I would like to see a more transparent pricing model which empowers their end users to be more successful thereby setting up to upgrade accounts based on growth and success rather than not having the tools available because only the custom plan with no direct pricing has all of the features mentioned on the site. This also helps with the engagement of users and facilitates brand loyalty, as well as much more consistently positive social mentions and reviews in my opinion.
