What was the best part about using Gravitocity?

Gravitocity is a sales prospecting and lead generation tool which utilizes a Chrome plugin to help you determine quality leads as well as their contact information including phone number and email address. The ideal scenario would have you discover the key decision maker much quicker which is your best opportunity to raise awareness, facilitate a stronger relationship with prospects, and close more deals. Everything to with this software ties directly into your bottom line which makes it a premium sales product and not practical in terms of affordability as a small business more than likely. I like that you can search four very solid B2B databases including LinkedIn, Data.com, ZoomInfo and ReferenceUSA as well. These are all top resources for C Level contact information. The ability to completely engage prospects with the built in email marketing is tremendously powerful and not to be abused, though the price will certainly weed out the spammers in my opinion. The template feature is awesome. This is a great way to save a lot of time by reusing email with a semi-automatic approach which allows you to personalize them as well. One of the first things I do for any email marketing is write a strong series of follow up messages because the first impression is not likely the one which will have them take action and respond. It can be, but you increase your opportunity exponentially creating impressions in order to get the highest response rate possible. You can create group templates also which is good. The ability to create landing pages for each of your projects is awesome so you can direct interest and define needs of your prospects in greater detail to perhaps tailor your proposal more effectively. I like that you can export to CSV as well as SalesForce but wish there were a lot more customer relationship management software integrations. It's quite a collaborative software as you can create grouped responses which is cool. I like that you can import contacts as well and then utilize Gravitocity to fill in the details which may have been missing such as their email addresses. While the reporting is robust as well helping you analyze and determine quality as much as quantity.

What would you change about your experience with Gravitocity?

It's a very United States based software at the core though it can be used by anyone to leverage the data and create a solid return on investment. The ReferenceUSA source in particular is only available to those with a valid US library card from your local library. There should definitely be more native customer relationship management integrations in my opinion. SalesForce is great but it's one of hundreds of capable CRM's and would add a lot of value to their offer in terms of reaching a wider market. The pricing model for Gravitocity is very exclusive and tiered. I would like to see a more transparent pricing model which empowers their end users to be more successful thereby setting up to upgrade accounts based on growth and success rather than not having the tools available because only the custom plan with no direct pricing has all of the features mentioned on the site. This also helps with the engagement of users and facilitates brand loyalty, as well as much more consistently positive social mentions and reviews in my opinion. It's a hard reality to accept after spending good time on their website and with their trial offer looking to upgrade and then seeing that everything you learned it's capable of doing is only for the most successful.

Overall Feedback

This is a very effective addition to any lead generation and prospecting system that anyone in their right mind would dream to use every day to help create sales. The sources of leads are somewhat limited in terms of quantity but make up for that in terms of quality. Data.com is crowdsourced in real time and has to be one of most accurate databases for this reason so having this integration is huge.
