What was the best part about using GrandMaster Suite?

I am still trying to find one. No kidding this is too frustrating and is a waste of time.

What would you change about your experience with GrandMaster Suite?

This is the most frustrating piece of software I have ever encountered. I can usually take any application and use it intuitively. Not this one. It is like a DOS base package from 15 years ago and unless you are a mind reader or the only thing you do is process payroll it is not easy. You are expected to fill in fields that should have drop down menus or explanations, but it is just blank. However if you don't fill it in with a 1 for salary or 2 for hourly, nothing happens.

Overall Feedback

I have the free package for under 10 employees (which is supposed to be the same functionality as the paid package). This really is one of the worst pieces of software I have seen in a decade and I use a lot of software from web design, the adobe suite, Sage accounting and standard MS office. I can't believe anyone actually uses it. I am going back to excel to do my payroll for 8 employees. I spend hours every month doing payroll for 5 employees using this software, when it would take me minutes in excel. I used to use Sage payroll, but at $500/year it is not worth it.
