I've used this software in the past both as an end user and as a presenter. I appreciate they have a free trial available so you can actually host a webinar on their dime in order to learn it and see if it's the best fit for your presentations. It's relatively easy to setup and schedule a webinar. You receive a custom link which you can share in order to invite others to attend. People can attend easily once they download the GoToWebinar cient and install it one time. It's even easier once you install this and attend additional webinars as it all happens automatically. I've attended webinars using this software using my laptop, desktop and smartphone so accessibility is not an issue at all. You can invite presenters which will become this immediately once they login. You can host webinars in several languages which I can appreciate, and it changes all of the features language so it's complete in this regard which is good. You can create polls and have an instant messaging during webinars. There are reports which show poll results and attendees. The feature which differentiates this software the most is how it alerts you when webinar participants have overlayed another program on top of the actual webinar presentation screen to help you know when to increase the interest and engagement. There are branding options as well to help increase personalization and monetization.

As an end user I get annoyed by the fact you cannot turn off the audio while you're waiting for a presenter to arrive. So you can't listen to any other audio or video while you're waiting because you have to turn the entire sound system down. And it doesn't seem to be as much of an issue, then again I haven't been on as many webinars recently as the dozens I've attended in the past but this software was known for it's recording issues in particular at a certain point. Hopefully it's been resolved fully. And the pricing beyond the free trial as a recurring monthly cost is not feasible for most start ups.

There is certainly a lot going for this webinar software in terms of overall ease of use and functionality. The international capabilities are cool as is the feature which alerts when users have lost some interest in order to know it's time to reengage your audience. It's certainly been the industry standard in my experience having been the feature software in ninety nine percent of webinars I've attended in the digital marketing industry. Though I've found some others which are more geared to lead generation and monetization, this remains the industry standard in my experience certainly. If pricing is not an issue it may help your business by associating the popularity of their brand with your business.
