Web-based or downloadable platform allows most people to access a meeting quickly and easily. Easy to schedule a meeting and calendar integration places the meeting directly onto the invitees' schedules. Panel allows the meeting organizer to share their screens or allow other meeting attendees to show theirs and provides a place for attendees to interact with the meeting organizer and other attendees via chat and talk options.

The audio quality is not the best, and at this point I default to sharing my company's conference call number instead of using the microphone and speaker on the computer. The screen sharing can be glitchy, to the point where "can everyone see my screen?" is pretty much part of my script when I'm running a meeting.

The GoTo platform allows for a free 30-day trial, giving potential users the opportunity to try it out. Once you start the trial you can sign up for a product training, which is basically a webinar using the GoToTraining platform. It's definitely not the only meeting option out there, but trying it out internally for 30 days may help to focus your needs and decide what you're really looking for.
