GoToMeeting

Whenever I want to do online training for multiple users, the first thing which crosses my mind is to get the Citrix product 'GoToMeeting' ready. It is very easy to configure and install, user friendly, allows for screen sharing to multiple users without any issues and all this in real time.Our organization also uses GoToMeeting to connect and meet with prospective clients and res-sellers for selling our products. In addition,we also use GoToWebinar to give live demos of our training and associated software.

Though GoToMeeting is very easy to setup and use, one of the biggest areas of improvement can be in the security setting interface. Having said that, the customer service group of GoToMeeting is very responsive and provides value added support. Another minor improvement can be on the screen sharing - A few times our screens switch over to screen saver mode because of inactivity on the machines, It would be great if GoToMeeting was able to raise an alarm automatically to the system thus keeping the monitor always active.

GoToMeeting is simple, reliable, and flexible and I enjoy using this software tool for my online training and presentations. I felt that the quality of the calls is very good, the screen sharing with multiple users - usually more than 9 also did not create any issues and it is alos very easy to setup and install. All you need to have is a good internet connection and you can leverage the potential of GoToMeeting tremendously and it is also a great saver of time and money.
