Starting a meeting and sending out invitations is a quick and easy process. I appreciate that my clients don't have to have a paid account in order to use it, as long as I initiate the meeting. The option to join a meeting via web or phone is very useful, and screen sharing works really very well.

I think the pricing is a little steep for a small business, especially nowadays when there are so many free services available such as Google Hangouts which also will allow for group meetings with screen sharing, but if you are an international company with clients and staff across the globe, it is not a problem. Maybe it's a problem for individual use.
