What was the best part about using Google Hangouts?
Google hangouts is a very simple and easy to use software for video calling and chatting. It is actually a messenger which also includes video calling feature. Google hangouts as the name tell is a software owned by Google, and you also need not make any extra i.d or account for Google hangouts. You can simply use it by logging in using your Gmail account. Sending images and other files is also really fast on it. I use this software for both personal and professional use. I use it for doing video conferences with my clients, taking interviews of the employees and also for personal life like chatting and video calling with my family, friends and relatives. This software is totally free and also very light weight and thus don't acquire much space in my smartphone.
What would you change about your experience with Google Hangouts?
Google hangouts is an excellent and easy to use video calling software but like any other software, it also has few drawbacks. Sometimes hangouts hang and the software stops working. Few times calls also drops. But these bugs don't appear frequently, just once in a week or so. Considering it's a free software and moreover related to Google, such bugs can be ignored. Currently, hangouts are not available for blackberry devices, it would be great if it is also available for BB. Many of my clients are having BB devices and especially for them, I have to keep another video calling software in my mobile.

Overall google hangouts is an excellent video calling software which can be used on mobile, tablet and computer. Very easy to keep your chat records and sync the data between your different devices. No need to create another i.d can be used by logging in your Gmail account. No major bugs, no expenses, great user experience, lovely features and no fancy outlook, simply a simple and easy to use application. Must go for it. I will rate it 9 on 10.
