Google Hangouts is very easy to use. It is a very powerful software and very suitable to VoIP for business. You can have a live chat with the team and this improves communication in the Company. All you need is a Gmail account and you ready to go. I simply love it.

I had a hard time at first to understand how it is used but when I understood its features; I now find it very useful and simple. It fails to load if the internet is not stable and you can miss some messages from customers or friends and family. I wish it was a bit easy to load even with unstable internet....it’s my wish anyway.
