What was the best part about using Google Docs?

When I was working on a major document, I had to separate into online access, offline computer access, and offline phone access. With multiple edits in the phone and computer places, the program synced up both non-overlaying edits without issue.

What would you change about your experience with Google Docs?

I would change access to pages. On a big document it is hard to find a specific page without looking at the outline, which only shows headings.

Overall Feedback

Amazing ability to sync documents and can access from drive anywhere. Much like Microsoft Office word in formatting, just online.
