It is nice with GoodData because allows you to create some smart reports and dashboards. However, the real beauty in this product is in how you create the reports and dashboards. Their sales demo is very informative, and from what I gathered, they have a good on-boarding program. GoodData enables our entire company to access an intuitive reporting interface, regardless of their technical abilities

There are some small issues with the cloud that should be fixed and other features needs some improvements to be made. On the last update suddenly some of features became so buggy, I couldn’t use it for the entire day. Also they should be more responsive on the troubleshooting, I was expecting some answers once the report was made.

Overall GoodData feature permits companies to implant GoodData directly into new or existing apps. With this, businesses can customize analytics to reflect their brand. GoodData also provides a handful of apps right out of the box that will report on sales, marketing, customer service, box collaboration, and user disposition, including trending, waterfall, conversion, cohort and segmentation analyses.
