he best feature I like of GoodData is even without any technical abilities our team can access its intuitive reports and apart form that our team also could design attractive and best reports and dashboards and all other formats too. A powerful query language also makes it very useful. So, I can say, I like this tool.

I have liked this tool a lot but sometimes if you are in a middle of some urgent work and need urgent calculations quickly with the wrong type of data the tool crashes and which in turns in the waste of a lot of our time and sometimes we loose on some important data as well. Also, does not have a mode function when we are doing MAQL queries.

I must say that we have used GoodData as an additional reporting tool for our marketing automation software and our Customer Relaionship Management tool Salesforce. We have used GoodData within our Marketing department only. GoodData tool was able to help to make a bridge data between SFDC and MAS tools. Its Dashboards are easy to setup and design permission settings are most important and plays a vital in GoodData.
