Organic - Unincentivized.

What was the best part about using GoldStar GPS?

It will occasionally tell you the location of your vehicle. How often and how reliable that information comes in is a completely different matter.

What would you change about your experience with GoldStar GPS?

Just the reliability of the GPS system. Honestly, half the time I try to get a ping on one of our trucks, the locate features times out. I call their support line for help in locating my vehicle, and it honestly feels like I'm talking to an intern whois over his or her head. Very unprofessional.

Overall Feedback

I would never recommend this product. I have switched out to Fleetmatics and I have not looked back since. Goldstar is anything but golden.
