What was the best part about using GoldStar GPS?

We chose Goldstar GPS for our Auto Dealership because we thought they were reliable and great priced. Auto dealership that there customer service is so Carless on how they should talk to a customer.

What would you change about your experience with GoldStar GPS?

They just blame it on everyone else but there system. We don't recommend them. They don't care about your car. They act clueless to how this should work.

Overall Feedback

Gold star was acting like we did something to the GPS, they keep on saying how do they know we didn't install them right. We have delt with the same people for Passtime GPS and never had an issue. We cant take chances on our $17k cars driving around without any assurance it will work. We never go threw this with pastime. I don't recommend this company.
