What was the best part about using GoldSim?

GoldSim has put all the effort into developing a solution particularly for engineering – therefore, you can expect to have great visual elements for the simulations. By the way, beside its’ Monte Carlo simulation it has also budgeting & forecasting, so there is a lot more to offer than just visuals. That’s mainly the reason why it is one of the most loved tools for science & engineering.

What would you change about your experience with GoldSim?

It’s pretty much an universal issue but there is available only phone support which unfortunately is not reachable after 5PM. I find this to be extremely limiting – in case you are from a different region, you just need to put your question on hold and try to reach them the next morning.

Overall Feedback

As it doesn't provide a free trial, many new users might get discouraged. However, it is designed for professionals, therefore I find it shouldn't be a worry - for a medium sized company, the pricing suits well and for the investment you put in, you will get enough capabilities in return, all in order to enhance your production process.
