This means there is no sorting through the record of a corporation to find an email sent by a specific individual. This enables true team selling - sales management is always 100% informed on the progress of every sale.

I love the new Dashboard feature. But I wish there was an easier way to create Dashboards. Deleting from Universal Search results would be nice. And color coded backgrounds for record typing. The Outlook plug-in has been known to slow down performance for some users. Project interface can be somewhat clumsy.

GoldMine is simple to use, easy to train users and easy to manage. Our Sales Staff lives and breathes because of GoldMine. The Sales people are always making updates and checking appointments and making notes about conversations with customers. It's a fantastic tool, easy to deploy and super easy to manage. Runs very efficiently on SQL Servers and is very user friendly.
