using GoldMine as CRM management was good experience. It is relatively good for measuring and saving contacts for me. I need my CRM as strong for having more sales. Customer relationship management is of worth in this century and it is better to use the new technology because firms competing in the world keep relationship strong with their customers.

It is very easy to use with simplest of tools. Have lower prices as well. Website causing problem in opening the website, when I start using this tool it was working efficiently but with the passage of time it creates difficulty in opening and a warning sign was there I cannot open the site. Further it was automatically settled down.

GoldMine is good in creating contacts and saving them. It works on mechanism of customer relationship management where old and new users data is being saved as company asset. Customer insights can also be used for further relationships. All over the world organizations can adopt this software because it is cost effective but response issues are there that can be solved by the developers.
