I would say the best part of dealing with Godaddy is switching away from any of their services to another provider. Their service really makes you realize how much you take a positive interaction with other companies for granted.

GoDaddy is one of those companies that focuses on monetizing every single aspect of their service to the point where customer support is seen as a nuisance to them. They will attempt to spend the least amount of time assisting their customers as possible, therefore most of their answers are entirely scripted and done through means where they run your response through an analyzer, and then respond with a response they hope solves the issue.

I've been a customer for their web hosting services as well as their domain registration services. I am no longer a customer in either regard as I have learned my lesson not to support their shady business tactics, their horrible customer support, and their oversold web hosting that constantly suffers from interruptions. If your business is important to you, you should not have any part of your infrastructure hosted at or backed by GoDaddy as it will go down when you need it the most. Their Whois search on the website goes down quite often, or will label you as a robot for a single search in order to reduce the costs associated with running their Whois search. This is in violation of ICANN requirements to offer Whois information to the general public.
