Gmail

Gmail is a text communicator which utilises the entire screen in detailing its background and its various options. We use Gmail for as a key for all the work since Gmail does integrates with all most all the software. So by keeping a Gmail, it will help us more than a message conveying software. Attaching a file or segregating the folders or segregating the emails and Gchat all works perfectly fine. It has all the options more than an email application so it benefits the user in saving time, cost.

It's harder to set an email address with gmail without any numbers attaching to our names. Since it makes unprofessional or a kind of stereotype of including year of birth at the end of the email address. It isn't a fault but it's kind of annoying thing, I'm sure everyone felt this at the time of creating an email address. Whenever I'm in a hurry by mistakenly I do click on their promotion tab which takes me to the advertisement site. Their idea is clever but it's annoying me.

Gmail provides everything for email software so it's the awesome experience in using it. There are several other software allows us to integrate with gmail like yesware, boomerang which makes our work easier from scheduling the email to tracking their response rate. Even by clubbing few other software we can detect the recipient background too. Due to the spread of the Gmail, it's very common to share the files through gdrive.
