One of the finest qualities with Global Matrix is its’ web and cloud based system which means you can access it literally from any device! Such usability and flexibility cannot be found from everywhere. Moreover, its’ payment processing is a thrill to use as it runs smoothly and error-free.

I’d say Global Matrix could still see some improvement to its’ feature-set as at this moment some of its’ peers overshadow the feature-set by having more extensive capabilities – like flight booking, marketing management, central reservations etc. Therefore, the tool could be improved towards wider feature-set and abilities.

As far as I could see, Global Matrix is the leading travel industry support tool thanks to its’ high usability and efficiency. Though of course the feature set could see some updates, at this point it could be said everything it has works brilliantly and trouble-free.
