What was the best part about using GiftTool?

GiftTool is a fundraising platform and functionalities for donations, event registrar, membership management tool and much more. GiftTool allows campaign management, donation management, email marketing, online payment processing, reporting, and analytics tool. GiftTool is able to integrate with a lot of software through the open API and it can work seamlessly with Google Analytics.

What would you change about your experience with GiftTool?

There are a couple of solid alternative providers that you can look at including DonateNow, Acceptiva for nonprofits, and more. There are not much negative feedback from other users and businesses. GiftTool is a free tool that can be implemented and used seamlessly and easily. It does not require a lot of learning in order to make it work properly.

Overall Feedback

The support team from GiftTool can be reachable by email, phone and many other means of communication. GiftTool is able to integrate with accounting software, email marketing software, event registration, and many social media platforms. If a team want to streamline business process and ease the workflow they can opt for integration of GiftTool to other systems.
