What was the best part about using GiftTool?

Gifttool appears to be a tool which is intuitive and easy to navigate from one page to the other. It is a great tool to work with and if you are used to the big-name solutions which allow the user advanced freedom to work with the database, you will find this system extremely constricting.

What would you change about your experience with GiftTool?

The options to change names of the user is a bit tricky though it can be done it takes a while for it to be done making the user feel it as time consuming and in order to find if there are duplicate names then the user has to spend more time on it to make sure the information about the donor is not a duplicate.

Overall Feedback

Gifttool provides you with accurate answers and guides you in managing and also tracking the client information and also in maintaining the customer information loyally and does a good job of tracking communications and automated acknowledgement letters. The tool is user friendly and very intuitive. The interface makes the work of the user much more simpler and easier.
