This email marketing service provider was among those we considered for our business recently and it had been a few years since I tested it last. I don't recall it being awesome so they have certainly made a lot of positive developments over of the last few years. The user interface and dashboard are well laid out and intuitive to use. The interactive wizard helps set up your campaigns quickly. The email newsletter creator is relatively user friendly and utilizes drag and drop technology which I like. There are hundred of email templates to choose from which is a big time saver as to have to build these from scratch takes good time and money. Importing a list is very easy as well and not all email service providers allow you to do this. Another feature not available in other major ESP is the single opt in which this software allows. You can do split testing with up to five variations. There are native apps available for Android and iOS so you can manage campaigns anywhere and anytime. There is also a segmenting feature which is useful for sending targeted campaigns. I like that you can preview your email as it will appear on mobile devices and twenty email browsers currently as well. The tracking is quite standard and includes a variety of useful metrics such as opens, clicks, unsubscribes and complaints. And there is a strong educational component available which I appreciate including videos, pdf's, articles a glossary and live chat support. They include access to stock images free as well which is cool.

The fact that you can import lists is great but has me questions the deliverability compared to similar services which do not. I have received a lot of spam labeled as delivered from this company in the past as it basically works on the honor system as far as I can tell and enables spammers to take advantage of this fact. Though they do state upon entering your account to keep it compliant which I appreciate. There are a couple features such as AI and OpenGen technology offered by another email company recently which I have yet to find anywhere else. I tried to add three image files from my desktop which I've used successfully in many other programs never with an issue but was unable to do so with these standard jpg and png files. To be fair I hadn't explored the knowledge base at that point but don't believe this should have to be the case with something this simple.

I am impressed with the features and ease of use in this email marketing software. It's very intuitive to use and the fact you can import lists and enable one click opt ins are ways that it differentiates itself from others in their industry. But that comes with a downside too which I've experienced first hand in the amount of spam I've received labeled as delivered from them, as opposed to others which do not allow these features. Though they do have a spam check which is a standard feature across all platforms I've tried so far and this helps to minimize the risk. Pricing is slightly above some others but it's competitive enough to consider should your deliverability rates be consistently solid.
