I wanted to compare this survey solution before making the final choice for our project as there are some pretty great survey softwares available online. I was impressed by the enterprise level marquee clients they currently have on board and wanted to know why. I thought their branding may have something to do with this, as it's a title which may be perceived as more professional rather than referring to monkeys or gizmos. The SalesForce integration is certainly another reason big brands would consider it. I like that it's a highly visual survey software and they enable you to place images and videos quickly into your surveys, as well as backgrounds, logos and other graphics. It works across all mobile devices and internet browsers which is important to note. Even though the analytics are quite basic I like that you can export data in xls or csv format and then import this into other tools to help you drill down to gain further insight. The email deployment and distribution is another valuable feature and there are good collaborative and sharing options available. You can also embed surveys easily on your websites.

Perhaps a free forever plan with more than twenty responses would encourage freebie seekers, but on the other hand it may create loyalty among those who thrive using their system and scale up. The reporting analytics for data captured is not as strong as other survey software I've also tried. For example, you cannot filter or cross-analyze data which helps to drill down and learn preferences of various customer segments. Though I do appreciate that your data does provide you a high level view and is relayed in real time which is also helpful. It would be great to have additional customer relationship management software integration options.

There is a lot to like about this survey software. The simplicity of the user interface is excellent and it's highly visual overall. Surveys all look great. I like that they have case studies and demo surveys available on their site without having to sign up at all. This is the best I've seen among all survey software sites to help me get my head around best practices and potential uses and I appreciated that. Their pricing is affordable but for smaller projects I wish the features were more inclusive across their plans. There is substantially more value in other survey options available in terms of features inclusively across paid plans while more responses possible in their free plans as well. Overall, this won't be our choice moving forward but there's no doubt it does what it sets out to do very well and they have the marquee client base to prove it.
