Geogiga Seismapper

Geogiga is wonderful for many aspects, mainly for its’ ability to automatically join adjacent velocity sections and display velocity sections with colors, countours and editable lithologic symbols. Even better, it can be installed anywhere and it supports XZV format, SEG-2, SEG-y and many other data formats, allowing for greater flexibility.

There is almost nothing to point for downsides but if to mention anything, it would be the fact only one USB protenction key is provided with a single licence. In case you wish to run the software simultaneously on multiple machines, you need a network protection key. Also, the customer support team could be reached more easily.

Geogiga Seismapper is greatly intelligent tool, allowing extensive 3D animation support, viewing seismic attacts, plotting velocity sections and much more. Thanks to its’ editable stratigraphic symbols and supporting many data forms, it can be used for a very large-scale of needs, making it good to use for both small and bigger needs.
