GASCalc

The GASCalc comes as a web based solution designed to help oil and gas field service techs while it has the capability to manage and dispatch work to field service personnel. This tool provides the mobile workforce some real time access to personal tasks as well as paper billing and time and expense management with customizable reports.

The beginning stages were kind of difficult but it got extremely better with time and offered excellent results. Some users don’t see this software as price friendly but I don’t see how that works, because for me, this tool was designed to align to whatever process/ needs a user has. It comes as an adaptable solution with info gathering capability and I can tell that I have never seen a more flexible software solution in a long time.

This software has a free trial version and is a price friendly tool going by its starting price per user. It can also be deployed through the cloud, as a SaaS, web based or installed on the native mobile platforms. The GASCalc offers training support to new users through documentation, webinars, live online or live in person sessions to help them get accustomed to using the software. Some of its features checklist are accounting / maintenance management, work order/ material management, scheduling, job costing and inventory management.
