FTD Mercury POS can be used to increase sales and satisfy more customers. FTD Mercury POS is quite expensive and the fees can go higher each month. Many of their customers are now trying to switch to others for costs' reasons. FTD Mercury POS is doing a great job and I don't dislike the way it works or the services they have, I complain just about their pricing which is a bit complicated.

FTD Mercury POS has an excellent and very responsive customer service support. The support's members are quite understandable and very nice. FTD Mercury POS can be a bit outdated comparing to other what other competitors are offering nowadays. There were a lot of complaints about the quality of flowers delivered with FTD Mercury POS but I think this is happening with every Florist POS.
