FreshMail

I like its ability to create the designs that exactly in my mind with News Letter Designer. Although it took me quite some time to play with it and get used to it, it is not a big deal. It is highly customizable and even simpler designs still look best.

Because of the moderation process, our campaign has been delayed. When I tried to reach them and ask about what is going on, they said that their anti-spam moderation system is taking quite longer than usual. Other than that, there is not much to dislike. But I do hope they will fix the steps in campaign creation. You cannot begin without choosing a template for example.

Over the past years, I have used at least four different email marketing systems and this one by far has the best customer service among all of them. And that is what stands out in Freshmail. Although the system is not much different with the others, this app has my heart.
