Freshbooks has done outstanding work with their invoices functions since it was so simple to invoice a customer and the customer has an option to view all their invoices at one place. The methods of receiving the account receivable are best in the segment. They also offer to integrate with several applications.

Freshbooks has an issue in integrating with the banking and credit card accounts. And it's cost high which isn't matching with the services they offer. It's the hard to time for me to rebill my clients and it doesn't allow me to add non-billable items to the project or client so it doesn't help me to be transparent.

Freshbooks are too simple which is their major downfall. They can satisfy a user who doesn't have any experience with accounting or doesn't care about the tracking of profits or expenses. They don't make a continuous update on their product which as an accounting platform its far behind the current market.
