The dial in number and procedure for calling in is clearly laid out in your account. The user interface is not stylish but it serves to provide you everything you need easily in one place. I've read a lot of great reviews from long time users of FreeConferenceCall.com so that's reassuring. You can upload a custom greeting for your audience that plays when you dial in. You can also change the on hold music to your own which I think is a very cool feature to help set the tone for your audience in a creative way. There you manage conferences easily with single click commands from a centralized dashboard. You can switch presenters easily, for example. You can sync to Google calendar and Outlook calendar. You can also search recorded conference by keyword which is outstanding. Not to mention you can record up to six hours at a time and it's stored for you up to six months.

The selection of phone numbers is limited. And as I'm in Canada I'm not able to utilize local phone numbers so there are long distance charges applied which is truly unfortunate because I have to use another system when I would actually like FreeConferenceCall.com best for business purposes. It would be cool to have vanity numbers available for event or theme based conference calls so you could customize the number to spell a relevant word related to your event or brand.

Free services that provide this much value in a freemium business model are remarkable. They even offer 24/7 customer service. And they don't push paid upgrades to their business service on you from their site or in your account. They have some big companies onboard their business services which shows the quality level of software and infrastructure is excellent.
