It was so easy setting up my account. The requirements were just a password and an email address. The same address that you have created can still be used to set up other multiple accounts. This makes it easier to keep track of the history and information of your log ins.

The website is not user friendly. It is complex. Again one can have only one meeting ID used per email address. The notion that it provides free conference calls is unprofessional. When someone makes a phone call into this conference line, there is no indicator to show who speaks at that time. I would like that there is an indicator to show who is speaking.

If asked to recommend this software to anyone, I would do especially if you are still using the basic features of the conference calling. Free conferencing. Com is more user friendly and simple to use. Multiple accounts can be created from one email address unlike other softwares. I use this software for development calls and training and it has never disappointed me in any way.
