There multi-platform support is another great feature. I have been using it on my Iphone without any disruption. I have experienced any call drops but the quality of their audio during sways more than a nine year old riding a swing in the park. They have a great customer support and their prices are also very affordable. I have been a member since six months and i plan to extend my membership.

The worst part of their service to me was the distortion in their calls and videos. Sometimes it works like my clients or fellow employees are sitting in front of me, and on some occasions i feel like they are sitting on planet Saturn while i am on Earth trying to reach them. There service is inconsistent in terms of call quality. So that's why i'm confused between rating them Good or Bad. Generally, their servers are overloaded in the business hours. I can assure that no dropping will occur between the call but cannot guarantee you about the voice quality.

There customer support is responsive and interactive application design is also a great feature from FastViewer Co. I have been their client from last six months and i plan to extend my membership for another six months. However, my extension completely depends upon improvement of their service. They have to solve their distortion problem so they don't lose me as a customer.
