This company is a holistic, integrated full service marketing agency I had recently corresponded with live chat and phone sales representative Oscar in regards to our forthcoming search engine optimization project for our start up which is ecommerce based in the retail industry. We are open to ideas about integrated services including email marketing, social media marketing, pay per click marketing and more but were most interested in how this company would differentiate itself in terms of their SEO proposal and presentation to us. I passed our keyword research and spoke with Oscar via live chat initially and I agreed to have him call me immediately and he obliged. We spoke for about fifteen minutes in which first Oscar listened to learn more about our company and marketing situation. And then proceeded to share more about Foxtail and how they can help suggesting an holistic, integrated marketing approach to which I heartily agreed. I noticed they have a great SEO Woorank of eighty seven which was the second highest in my research. The highest being eighty eight so it was very strong and indicates to me that they know what they are doing. They also have a very solid educational component available and maintain a current blog which is a good indicator that they are very current with their level of understanding and knowledge in their industry.

Unfortunately this company is not in the Better Business Bureau when I checked. This is the easiest way to create trust in a prospect doing their research in my opinion externally of their site. And I was disappointed to not hear back from the company about our proposal, unless I am mistaken though and missed a phone call but I don't recall a voice mail or email follow up at all. They were also not Google Partner certified which I like seeing from a company offering pay per click advertising management.

In the interest of transparency this review qualifies my opinion in terms of the value of the companies presales strategy, as I have assumed by their current reputation online they are trustworthy and deliver what they say. But unless I am mistaken this company did not follow up beyond our initial consultation. They were the first company I contacted during my research because they are so highly rated on a top seo review site online so I was looking forward to learning if they were they best fit but we have narrowed down our choices considerably to a small handful and this company is not among them simply because we did not get a proposal in time for the meeting where I sat with the owner of our company to determine the finalists for our business. A decision we will finalize shortly. Otherwise, they have an incredible website filled with clearly laid out services. There are lots of solid testimonials and case studies available as well. All in all I wouldn't hesitate to contact them to learn if they are the best fit. Perhaps it was a miscommunication which prevented our connecting after our initial consultation. I do believe they are credible nonetheless and would fulfill services that you've ordered.
