Foxtail Marketing

Update to the below review: I got a response from Foxtail marketing regarding my refund request and here is what they wrote: "You will be hearing from us shortly about legal and financial ramifications." They are threatening me because of my refund request! Unreal! ----------- This consulting company is very very basic. Once I cancelled my contract, they continued to charge my card for thousands of dollars. After I announced my cancellation they ignored my emails and didn't write back. We are now in the arbitration process. The first month was with them they submitted "strategy documents" to me that were so basic it was laughable. I used to teach marketing in college and if one of my students submitted these to me they would have got an F. I told them this immediately and instead of explaining what they submitted, they charged my credit card!!!!! Avoid these guys like the plague! Do me a favor, before signing any contract with them, look into who your account reps are. After they submitted their very sub par material I researched who the 3 people on my account were. One of them had no marketing experience via their LinkedIn profile, and spent the last 4 years as a ski instructor. Another person had only 1.5 years experience managing a PPC account for a small company, and the supervisor Alan Templeton has no LinkedIn profile and in my research I failed to see any relationship between him and marketing. The only tie in I can see is he has the same last name as the owner of the company (Mike Templeton), so I am guess that is his brother. Once I confronted them with my teams lack of experience, they took down all their LinkedIn profiles, how shady!!! Stay far, far away!!

The lying was the worst part. They told me experienced people would be working on my account, even the lead person in charge of my account didn't know a THING about marketing, it's the owners brother!!!!

I've worked with a LOT of consulting firms over the years, Foxtail marketing is bar none the worst. They threatened me when I asked for a refund!
