There is no best part. Although canceling FotoClient, it was pretty delightful. Until... they scammed me.

Their Customer Service. It takes them weeks to respond to email or support requests through their provided support channels.

Lets start with FotoClient's buggy service. Multiple aspects of their site do not work. Fully advertised production ready features do not work. i.e. Calendar synchronizing has been broken for over a year. Reaching out for support is a fruitless endeavour. You're lucky if they reply back in a minimum of 2 weeks wait time. The CEO Elijah Parker was kind enough to cancel and refund my account over a year ago. I removed my billing information from their system and saw that it was gone from my account page. Then upon the date where I would have seen an automatic renewal after canceling, then... there it is! Fully charged a to my credit card a year later. Your billing information is stored with FotoClient and charged even after you have canceled and removed your billing information from the system. This is a scam. All I can do is warn you, to do your own research and choose another CRM for Photographers solution. Because FotoClient is a Scam!
