To be quite honest I was doing a pdf document and just needed to make some minor adjustments to it. Regardless I was very impressed my husband and I both studied graphic designing and this program takes the headache out when it comes to documents that are stubborn. The customer service representive was a dream she was very respectful and curtious and even though I had made a mistake and forgotten to cancel the subscription until the day after she fixed it no problem.

I honestly wish I had a reason to keep up the subscription, but I'm just an everyday woman and I don't spend a lot of time needing to update or change documents. 1 document a month would cover my needs. My experience with the customer service representive was very positive had it not been my review probably would have just wound up being a complaint. I love the customer service, I love the product, and I think if I ever have a need for that many documents I'll turn here.
