Basically easy to use but could use more explanation drop downs. Price was better than other programs.

Customer service, Kelly L. She was more concerned about telling me, "We've been in this business for 20 years; tens of thousands of customers submitting claims to hundreds of insurance companies..." instead of why the insurance company was rejecting my billing form. It turns out the insurance company was wrong but Kelly L didn't tell me why until several heated emails later at which time she told me "First, I think you need to lighten up." Had she first told me what the insurance company was doing wrong I could have saved some of the two hours I spent trying to resolve the problem with the Ins Co. I contact customer service for answers to my problems, not posturing about the company and sarcastic comments such as "Your Welcome, glad to have been of assistance" when none had been provided.

Customer service should be the place a customer goes to get help with problems. This could have been a much better experience with more detailed information initially and not later when frustration takes over.
