The best part was the support we received while moving Urban Tadka Café from GloriaFood to Foodiv. The Foodiv team helped us set up our menu, item variations, pickup options, delivery settings, and test orders before going live. As a restaurant manager, I appreciated that they did not just give us the system and leave us to figure it out. They explained the process clearly and helped our staff become comfortable with the new order dashboard.

The only thing I would improve is the first-time learning experience for restaurant staff who are switching from another platform. The system works well, but a few more quick-start guides or short training videos inside the dashboard would make the change even easier for new users.
