You can view the data according to geographic or language related data as well as in a heat map which is cool. You can export data to PDF while customizing the title, company, and logo to suit your branding. You can also export to Excel spreadsheet which is convenient. You can track tweets according to geographic area and keyword as well as complete picture related to your search. There is an influencer score to help identify who is best to follow and engage within your niche as well as analyze according to gender. You can track according to hashtag and other stock symbols. I like that you can use wordclouds to discover semantically related topics. The dashboard reporting is solid and includes a good variety of metrics such as total tweets, impressions and audience, impressions, contributors, tweets per contributor, current search times and frequency. The influencer is good too with a variety of contributor metrics to help you campaigns. The key repeats is a cool feature which allows you to plot aggregated values which are repeated over time based on keywords related to your search. And you can also analyze your total activity in a number of ways and segregate top tweets and users. I could go on as there are more features as well but you may be getting the idea. It's a very robust Twitter tool.

While I appreciate that this software was developed in another country other than my own judging by the currency option available, it would be nice to have the ability to update your currency from right inside the app in order to get an accurate understanding of the pricing as it is for where ever you live. Rather than having to leave their site in order to use a currency converter elsewhere online. This would be in their best interest as well in my opinion.

If you are an advanced Twitter user this has to be one of the top reporting and analytics tools on the market. It certainly is among the top so far into my research. The number of features is incredible and while I would appreciate having a choice of currencies to make it easier to learn the exact budget required without having to leave their website this is a minor convenience in my opinion. Though the free forever plan has a lot of value and it`s appreciated. There is definitely a nice return on investment to be had by using this tool as an advanced Twitter brand.
