There is no immediate customer service. The app itself will not bring you to any screen that will even provide a person answering your question. In order to contact support I had to Google contact support for followinghealth If someone is locked out of the account and this is the only way to make an appointment with their doctor THAT is BAD! I have found issues where my password storage app continues to think that the followinghealth app is Facebook. I haven't heard from them why this is, but I surely don't have Facebook or want facebook connected in any way to my health records. I've found their customer support in the past to be very dismissive and is not interested much in issues that I've had. They respond with "we don't do that". There is no way to provide feedback for the customers experience.

Since I don't get a choice who my provider uses the app needs to be farore accomidating to the users who have issues with the app.
