What was the best part about using Floranext?

We use Floranext's website, POS and wedding proposals manager and we've had a great experience with all three! Compared to other floral website services, Floranext has helped us boost our SEO on google, which has helped greatly with our eCommerce sales. The POS does a great job of helping us keep track of all of our in store and online sales and we've never been able to draft a wedding contract easier!

What would you change about your experience with Floranext?

Honestly we wouldn't change anything. Once everything was set up, we had no trouble using the POS for our daily in store business. The whole process of taking an order from start to finish is very straight forward. They helped us walk through our website to make sure that we have all the right search information for our online customers to find us without any issue. And they taught us how to customize our site to have all of our own products and customer stories which was very important to us.

Overall Feedback

Overall we're very happy with our Floranext experience. As a florist and wedding planner I'm able to track my progress on all of my sales and contracts seamlessly. Both the POS and the wedding manager make it simple to work with our clients on designs and events. Their tools make creating or adjusting orders or arrangement details quick and clear. Even our eCommerce orders from are easy to manage and adjust. Which is so, so great for making sure we keep up with all of customers' updates and requests. And I can't stress enough great our website has been for either side of my business. Our SEO ranking makes us easy to find and easy to contact.
