What was the best part about using Floranext?

Since signing up with Floranext, I am able to run my floral business much easier than before. With the Floranext POS system, I am able to take orders, keep track of orders, keep track of customers, house accounts, route deliveries, check my sales reports and so much more. With the Floranext eCommerce website, I am able to customize my own website based on the look and feel of my flower shop. I am able to add my own products, enter in keywords for SEO and much more.

What would you change about your experience with Floranext?

I would say there is nothing that I would change about Floranext right now. Floranext listens to all florists and adds and improves features to help florist better run their business.

Overall Feedback

I would say if you are a florist that is tired of spending tons of money on a pos and website software, not making any money or seeing the benefits of it then switch to Floranext. My orders online have doubled since joining with Floranext.
