FlexRFP

Though for me FlexRFP is somewhat lacking, I cannot argue the quality it brings with its' immense skills. The main asset is the quick bidding process which makes sourcing a lot easier as you won't need to spend your whole day on managing bids. It's also Excel-friendly which is a big bonus if you ask me.

It is not the most affordable tool, that I must say. Though there are many features to make it useful for you, the interface feels like a real drag and I don't believe this is the best that you could get for the money. This is still just a personal belief, so you might easily disagree but for me it doesn't do the trick.

The visual part is really not their best asset and therefore I'd advice you to think twice and consider what you are going for. It is very feature packed though so you will probably find it doing impeccable job nevertheless, but keep in mind if you are looking for something customizable and modern, then this would probably not fit your description.
