FITKO FAQ

We usually provide some kind of traning and on-site support for local customers, but worldwide we cannot provide that service. However, phone, e-mail and TeamViewer support (licensed QuickSupport module is installed with FITKO) is available, almost 24/7. Also, we can help you and your staff to accommodate and learn/train - e.g. you can use FITKO and work with imaginary clients/members, ask all sort of questions, and when you decide you are ready to go we can clean your system fully or partially (just members, products, or whole database)...
