The best part of FireSign that you would easily come to love is its’ web-based interface which for user means less trouble with implementing the software. Moreover, you can access it anytime, anywhere which adds a huge deal of flexibility to using it. Even better is their customer service which you can literally reach all the time and they are highly knowledgeable in what they do.

Though in most cases I could say FireSign does the trick, I’d say the main aspect where it lacks is a more developed feature-set. Sadly, they will finish hosting by the end of this year so that is something to take in account – of course they won’t close the service but simply you shouldn’t expect to see any updates to it.

The only reason to tweak down its’ usability, is the fact they are ending the hosting soon so you’d better hurry. However, it’s application is wonderful, runs smoothly and can manage with your main issues with ease, especially thanks to the customer support who is always there for you to give great guidance.
