What was the best part about using FinancialForce Professional Services Automation (PSA)?

Financial Force PSA is an Professional Services Automation solution that is based online in the cloud which exclusively integrated to the SalesForce CRM and SAAS product line. In the interest of transparency I've experienced their product demo and spent time with it but have not upgraded to their paid plans as of yet. Though I have researched several other similar platforms in the last few weeks and feel I can offer value in this regard. The features provided by Financial Force PSA are comprehensive. I like that you can manage so much in one place. Everything from your financials to projects, employees and customer can all be processed according to your best suited management metrics. While you can optimize this process in your business based on observing a set of quality analytics and reports in order to increase revenue and that's the goal so this is good. I like that your complete sales and support teams are working together seamlessly within the same dashboard using a completely transparent system where everything is available to everyone. While management can use centralized information that is actionable for people, projects, financials and customers, teams can collaborate from both departments which creates a effectively steamlined transition that enables better productivity post sales and into fulfillment and support. I get how using data already in SalesForce is the most practical reason to choose such a highly integrated enterprise resource planning solution. Your administrative costs go down by eliminating third parties while you're improving workflow efficiency without the need for CSV accounting and workarounds. There is significant leverage by having so much in your customer relationship management software. This PSA can help you maximize revenue is multiple ways which is always good. You can plan and communicate so much better across and between teams it's going to help you meet deadlines. I believe the time savings would be very noticeable. You can improve revenue also per employee with time that is billable by being able to analyze and improve performance. You can greatly increase utilization rates with increased overall centralization and optimization of key business drivers.

What would you change about your experience with FinancialForce Professional Services Automation (PSA)?

I can really appreciate the value that this software offers any business. I like the user interface by the demo it's relatively user friendly yet comprehensive in it's practical features which make complex processes much simpler. It's too bad this platform didn't have a cloud version available apart from SalesForce I believe it would do quite well.

Overall Feedback

This a really solid platform which helps align and coordinate your teams much more efficiently and in doing so places a greater focus on the customer and that's always a good thing. Your user experience is improved by having insight and visibility which helps everyone in your organization from sales reps who can close more deals through better productivity to consultants who have everything available at a glance, and project managers with an greater ability to plan and communicate across departments and executives with access to the analytic reports to help tweak and adapt the whole process for increase return on investment while placing the priority on the customer first. All together that's tremendous value and though I've not heard from the company as to the pricing yet I've just read it may be approximately $25 per user, per month. If that is accurate it's a serious investment yet relatively cost effective once adapted to enable your most optimized workflow for both the sales and support teams. Ultimately leading to the best experience for your customers which is how you grow your business. I would recommend this PSA as a solid consideration for one way to take your business growth and efficiency to the next level certainly.
