What was the best part about using FinancialForce Professional Services Automation (PSA)?

The best part about FINANCIALFORCE PSA is that it is built from the platform force.com. Because of this flexibility and customizable features are anticipated. Managing of resources are also easily accomplished because the ease of us is integrated in the platform. Moreover, creation of projects are well made because of its robust platform.

What would you change about your experience with FinancialForce Professional Services Automation (PSA)?

Though there are not much to say about the worst part of this software FinancialForce PSA, there are still limitations when it comes to reporting. I hope that they could do something about it since this is one of the major things that users need to do from the software.

I can say that FinancialForce PSA is still a satisfactory software since it offers benefits of what the company needs in a customer service. If you are looking for a software on which you think can manage the resources that you have in your company, then this is one of the software that you should try.
