I like that you can create new projects and set up milestones with ease.It integrates with Salesforce.com. I like that the transition from a deal to a project is easy and a smooth process.The resource management function is quite efficient.I appreciate the time tracking ability.The FinancialForce PSA customer service team is great and very responsive.

FinancialForce PSA is still maturing. It takes some time for to get upgrades in.It is more suitable for middle and large sized businesses. Sometimes it appears to me ''too flexible'' and makes it hard to choose or determine the right path for business. The interface could be improved, it is a bit limited and could use some more additional features.

The FinancialForce PSA platform enables companies to manage professional resources, customers, finances and projects. It utilizes the same data for sales, services and finances on the same system.The software is robust and flexible and it has multiple ways to do what you want it to do.It is best suited for companies with the standard customer or product requirements. If that's not the case, you will have to perform many customizations in order to collect and capture the correct data.FinancialForce PSA is faster and easier to use than any other PSA system I crossed paths with. It is definitely worth the try!
