We offer support via phone, e-mail, web helpdesk and remote live support(where we connect to your computer, so that we can see what you see).
Unlimited support is provided with a maintenance agreement, which is 25% of the purchase price. Also, with an active maintenance agreement, you have access to the latest version of Filopto.
