It is very simple and easy access tool which requires no technical knowledge to operate.

There is no major drawback associated with this tool. One of the limitations of the tool is that if there are not Field Agent personnel available in your region of work then it will not be helpful for you. Some of the personnel working for this organization seems not very happy and satisfied with their respective experience. It uses a crunchy, predominantly orange color arrangement that is easy to the eye, although some features like push-up Tips tab is a little clunky could be improved. Apart from this, it is a great software which is very convenient to use and operate.

It is very easy and fun to use this tool. However, some people find some issues with this software. Agents are asked to take pics on behalf of clients, but doing this make some people uncomfortable. Field agent set jobs based on a number of parameters like questionnaire and photographs to be uploaded in the system. It is useful to deliver important information of its customers which is not easily available. Overall it fulfilled my desires and it is great for my business.
