I don’t have too much negative to say about this system. The software only had a few glitches, which I was easily able to get around by using customer service. The customer service team was very helpful. The issues were dealt with and I was walked through step-by-step until the issues were fixed. The only thing I can say that needs improvements dashboard to be a little more user friendly, but the company does do what it needs to make improvements.
